Design & Build Partner

We Design It With You — Free

Bring us a part, a problem, or a machine concept. Our engineers design and build the solution alongside your team — and we don't charge for design and engineering, because we earn the work by producing your part.

What We Do

One Partner, Concept to Production

We don't charge for design and engineering when we produce your part. From the first sketch to finished parts in your hands, here's how we deliver.

Design & Engineering Consultation

Free, collaborative solution engineering with your team. We help you get the part right before a single chip is cut — and you pay nothing for it when we produce the part.

Material Selection

We match your application to the right plastic or metal using our in-house materials database of 81 engineering materials — balancing strength, temperature, chemical resistance, and cost.

Design for Manufacturing

Our engineers refine your design for the way it will actually be made — improving manufacturability, reducing cost, and producing clean drawings ready for the shop floor.

Drawings & Prototyping

We turn the concept into production drawings and physical prototypes you can hold, test, and validate — so you commit to production with confidence.

Custom Part Manufacturing

Virtually any custom plastic or metal part — from a single prototype to ongoing production runs.

Custom Plastic Parts

Machined and molded components in a wide range of engineering plastics, from commodity resins to high-performance polymers chosen for your environment.

Custom Metal Parts

Precision metal components across aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, and specialty alloys — built to your drawings and tolerances.

Prototype to Production

Start with a proof-of-concept part and scale to repeatable production volumes — same partner, same drawings, no handoff.

Custom Machine Design & Build

Purpose-built machinery engineered to your exact process — from concept through manufacture, installation, and ongoing support.

Concept to Manufacture

Every machine is unique. We engineer custom equipment that precisely meets your specifications, line constraints, and throughput goals — then build it.

Installation

We deliver and commission your machine on site, integrating it into your existing process so it runs the way it was designed to from day one.

Ongoing Support

From the first design review through years of production, we provide maintenance and support across the full lifecycle of your equipment.

3D Printing & Rapid Prototyping

New in-house resin and FDM 3D printing — scaled through our shop and partner network — to move from CAD to a physical part in days, then on to production.

Resin — SLA / DLP / mSLA

Glass-smooth, near-injection-mold surface finish with exceptional detail. Ideal for high-detail visual and functional prototypes, master patterns for urethane and vacuum casting, and clear optical parts.

  • Layer resolution down to 25–50 µm; tolerances ~±0.1–0.2 mm; features as fine as 0.05 mm
  • Build envelopes from fine desktop detail up to large-format (~736 × 635 × 533 mm and beyond)
  • Full resin library: standard, ABS-like/tough, nylon-like, clear/optical, high-temp (HDT to ~280 °C), flexible/elastomeric, castable, rigid glass-filled, ESD/antistatic, and dental/bio

FDM / FFF

Durable thermoplastic parts for functional and low-volume production. Great for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, tooling, enclosures, brackets, and low-volume plastic production.

  • Layer height 0.1–0.3 mm; tolerance ~±0.2 mm (±0.5%)
  • Single-piece up to ~500 × 500 × 500 mm — larger parts split & bonded or via partners to ~1 m³+
  • Materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU (flexible), Nylon/PA, Polycarbonate, PC-ABS, carbon-fiber-reinforced (PA-CF, Onyx), and high-temp PEI/ULTEM/PEEK on industrial machines
How It Works
